  • Information that you provide directly, i.e. your name, email address, telephone number, payment details (processed securely via our payment provider) and information about your booking (dates, times, number of dogs). We may ask for further information in certain circumstances – for example if you own a Banned Dog Breed, or if you are a dog trainer wishing to hold a class at the Field. You have the right to withdraw consent at any time by requesting that we delete any such information.
  • Information that you provide by registering to use our site, subscribing to our service, posting material or requesting further services. You have the right to withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account.
  • If you contact us by email, we will keep a record of that correspondence. This will be stored on our email system. You have the right to withdraw consent at any time by asking us to delete these mails.
  • Details of your visits to our website. This includes limited technical data such as your IP address, browser type and version, device type and operating system, how you found and used our website (via cookies or analytics tools). This will be stored on our Google Analytics account.

2 – CCTV

For the safety and security of users and property, CCTV cameras may operate at the Facility. Footage is recorded and retained for a limited period and may be used to investigate incidents, misuse, or breaches of our Terms and Conditions.

3 – Where we store your personal data

The data that we collect from you may be transferred to, and stored at, a destination outside the European Union (“EU”). It may also be processed by staff operating outside the EU who work for us or for one of our suppliers. Such staff maybe engaged in, among other things, the fulfilment of your order, the processing of your payment details and the provision of support services. By submitting your personal data, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. We will take all steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this privacy policy.

All information you provide to us is stored on our servers (see above: Information we may collect from you). Any payment transactions will be encrypted using SSL technology, and processed by an external payment processor i.e. PayPal, Stripe or other. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site; any transmission is at your own risk.
