Your Visit

Before your arrival

Once you have made your booking, you will receive up to 3 emails:

  • The first email (which will be received immediately) will confirm your booking
  • The second email which will be sent out at 5pm the day before your booking is due to start. This email will provide the secure entry code for entry and also a reminder of how to find Five Acres Dog Field.
  • The third email will be between 30 and 60 minutes before your booking is due to start. This email will provide a reminder of the secure entry code for entry and also a reminder of how to find Five Acres Dog Field.

Please note that if you have booked a session that is due to start imminently you may receive fewer emails.

On your arrival

Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your booking start time to allow the previous group to enjoy their visit and finish without rush.

At the end of your visit

Please ensure that all facilities are left in a clean condition, this includes removing any dog mess that has been left behind and placing it in the bin provided. A cold water dog shower is available for you to clean muddy paws before travelling home. Please bring your own towel.

Please ensure that you leave the field in a timely manner at the end of your booking to allow the next group to enjoy their visit.

The compound should be left in a secure state which allows the next group to enter their secure entry code.

Booking

Payment is accepted using all major banking cards

Using the Stripe secure payment gateway we can accept bookings using all major credit & debit cards. Please note that for the purpose of fraud prevention you bank may require Stripe to collect details about the transaction in order to authenticate the transaction as legitimate.  

Problem with your booking

We hope the process is entirely stress free and without issue but we are aware that sometimes the IT Gremlins appear from nowhere. If you encounter any problems when placing your booking, please give us a call and we’ll happily resolve the problem over the phone. Please note that in some circumstances there we may need to call you back at a mutually convenient time.
