So… what’s next?
You’ll get an email with a invoice/receipt for your transaction from STRIPE (which processes payments on our behalf)
Around 5pm-6pm the day before your booking is due to start you’ll get an email which includes a reminder of the field location and also the latest security code for the gate.
Around 30-90 minutes before your booking is due to start you’ll get another email which includes a reminder of the field location and also the latest security code for the gate.
Check all your bookings
All your bookings are linked to your email address. If you use multiple email addresses to place bookings you’ll have a customer panel for each.
To access your customer panel simply launch the customer panel link below and then type your email address used for making your booking(s) and you’ll be sent a magic link to your email address. (No passwords to remember!)
Check you know where the field is
If you have not visited us before, please be aware that if you input the postcode into your car Satnav, this may not take you to the entrance to the field. Please see the pin on the map below for details of the exact location. Written directions and What3Words can be found on our Find Us page.
